Hi! I’m Julia, the founder of Julia Renee Consulting, LLC. I’m obsessed with Cajun seasoning (it’s amazing on popcorn), traveling, photography, Viking history, and my Siberian Husky, Annika! I’ve lived in Philadelphia for three years, and for the first two years, I had a typical office job. I didn’t mean to become a freelancer but it kinda just happened, and here we are!
I worked as a freelancer for a year doing all kinds of work on small businesses’ websites before narrowing down on what my job actually is- an SEO consultant and Pinterest marketing strategist. I write website content, optimize sites for SEO, and create strategies and manage Pinterest accounts. I’ve been an SEO Consultant and Pinterest Strategist full time for over a year now, and I’ve helped my clients increase their website traffic and get the #1 spot for their keyword on Google! I love working with small business owners because I can see how passionate you all are about your work and how excited you are when you see your business growing. I know how it feels to quit the corporate world to do something you really love, and I want to help those businesses grow.
When I’m not writing blog posts or optimizing for SEO on websites, I’m probably walking my Siberian Husky around Philadelphia or out traveling and taking a million photos for my travel blog, Through Julia’s Lens. Or I’m reading books about Vikings (highly recommend Bernard Cornwell’s series “The Last Kingdom,” which Netflix recently turned into a show!) because I’m a big history nerd (fun fact, I just took a class on Old Norse and I’m now getting my Master’s Degree in history at Villanova University).
I am really lucky to be able to work with my college roommate, Stephanie! She’s been my partner in crime for 7+ years, and she’s a very talented graphic designer.
Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I’m a graphic designer, photographer, and artist based in North Carolina. I work in a variety of styles and can help with your design needs big or small! I love bringing clients’ visions to life and helping them find their visual identity from creating logos to social media graphics.
